Steve is a graduate of Butler University. He taught and coached in Carmel for several years. After Carmel, he was in executive sales and management for 33 years with 3 fortune 25 pharmaceutical companies. In 2014 he joined his son, Adam, to run Taylor Home Improvement.

Steve lives in Noblesville with his wife Sherri, his silver lab Jazmine, and his rottweiler Grizzly.
